This is the photo diary of my trip to Singapore and Thailand. I went to Singapore to take part in a street performing festival where all the proceeds went to charity. I went to Thailand to take part in a festival where I sit on the beach and do nothing all day. Enjoy.

Part 1: Singapore

Not only does that dog have an obscenely large lower jaw, but the Singapore airport prohibits studying. I wonder if that includes my motivational tapes?

Free courstesy phones! Making prank phone calls is way more fun that studying. Yay for Singapore!

This was on the inside of the pooper (bathroom door) at the airport. Instead of ads they have jokes from kick-ass comedians. Double yay for Singapore!!

What a coincidence, this was my nickname is University. Well, actually, they usually just called me the weird guy who walked around with a block of cheese.

This was my first show, and it was in a mall. I always wanted to be a food court jester.

This was the size of the crowd that was waiting 30 minutes before the first show. Monster show...and of course all the money was going to charity.

These were the volunteers who collected the money for charity after the show. Turns out the money was all going to a dodgy ballon clown named Bernie.

This is one of the performers from Australia, J-P. His show mostly consists of him juggling sharp objects while saying "That's not a knife, now this is a knife."

This is Pedro, he is really famous in Portugal as a comedian and actor in comercials. He's not fat like the photo suggests..

This is Emma from Australia, the guys sure liked her.

This is Dave. He paints on the sidewalk and tries to score with female passersby. At least he's good at painting. Ha Ha.

Here are Charmaine and Maryka. They worked hard to create a show around flowery bathing caps and they have succeeded.

Jeff was truly the most amazing character at the fest. Look at that shirt, and that other shirt, and the hair, and the other hair. We quizzed him and he actually knew it was 2004 - shocking!

We went to this little island one day and practiced our acrobalance. Notice how shapely I look. On the bottom is Vincent, gold medalist at the world's biggest juggling competition in 2000.

Here's an aerial view of the island. Like you care.

I thought I was inventive when I used a TV as a TV stand. A pile of dirt, now that's genius.

Before we left the island we took turns re-creating our favorite scenes form 'Dirty Dancing.' Note the fence in the background...that's actually and anti-Malay device that prevents Malaysians from sneaking onto the island.

The warning sign on the boat looks normal at first glance, but look closer and...

you'll notice that they have a problem with people throwing tennis equipment overboard.

Despite the free phones at the airport and Steven Wright musings inside the johns I wasn't sure if Singapore was perfect. Then I found out that they have 208 7-11's in one city. Forget Canada.

This store is just a kiosk in the middle of a busy shopping street.

It's great being a star and all, but when I have to wade through mobs of kids just to reach my limo, well, sometimes I wish I was just a regular guy.
